The Process

The service does not involve a contract – you simply pay on a monthly basis, with the option to cancel the service with one weeks notice. The service can be re-instated at a later date if desired.

When you sign up for the service, we set up your first eNews bulletin within one week. You simply need to send us your logo and answer some simple demographic questions about your workforce, to enable us to customise the service. We deliver a weekly eNews bulletin to your IT team each week, in a format of your choosing (e.g. pdf, html, plain text etc.).

We offer two levels of service, each of which provides you with a newsletter that is custom designed for your organisation and co-branded with your logo.

Silver Level

We provide you with a high quality health promoting weekly eNews service, co-branded with your logo. The newsletter inspires positive lifestyle change and provides cutting edge practical guidelines on achieving a healthy lifestyle.

Gold Level

We provide you with a top-notch health promoting weekly eNews service, co-branded with your logo, with the following additional benefits:

• We operate an email response service – our health promotion team will answer questions relating to healthy lifestyle on an individual basis
• You will be credited as a “partner” on our supporters page, with your logo given prominence
• Company specific information included in the newsletter each week, with specific mention of employees and company health-promoting events
